I have finally made a hair appointment

I made a post last month about how I was in desperate need of getting  my ears lowered. Well I finally made an appointment with a really old friend of mine Jameson Famous who is currently going to school at Paul Mitchell Hair Academy. Being low on cash, going to an academy seems like the logical solution. I've been watching him learn, and I'm pretty impressed. He's even done hair in a few runway shows. So on Thursday (or Saturday if he ends up going to Portland OR) I will have a new look. I'm getting rid of my bleach blonde. I've had it for about 4 years and I'm tired of the upkeep. My natural color is more like this

 I think, I haven't seen my natural hair in about ten years, other than regrowth but it's hard to tell from that. But  I'm giving him total access to my head, he can do whatever he wants. As long as he doesn't take to much length off. I've never had long hair before so I'm kind of attached

So I thought to make this post a little more fun to look at I'd post his work here. I've gotten 100% permission to use his photos

Sadly most of his portfolio still isn't up. But I love what I've seen in person at the school, when I come surprise him with Starbucks. IMO he is the most talented one there so far. 

I will for sure post pictures of my rockin' hair as soon as I get my cut.

Seven Things About Me:

1. I am what you would consider an "indie" kid. I love indie and folk music - My Morning Jacket, The Decemberists, Monsters of Folk, Islands ectectec BUT I also have an obsession with HipHop. Like Del Tha Funkee Homosapian. Seriously, that's what's bumping in my car right now.

2. I love dogs. No really, I love them. If you were to have an hour long conversation with me, chances are 60% of the time I'll be talking about dogs - bullies in particular

3. I love gardeing but I don't have a green thumb =[

4. My legs will not tan, ever., tanning beds or the good old fashioned way. It's impossible. My legs could blind airplanes

5. I'm a hermit. I will not be social unless you come to me and I'm super flakey =/

6. I hate when people sing along to songs... and don't know all the words and just kind of mumble along (like my fiance)

7. I'm a tikiphile. And it's awsome.

Heyyyy. So my paychecks have been a bit of a bummer the last month so I haven't been able to get a new card reader.... And this makes me sad because I have so much to show you!

I love online window shopping, it's a bit masochistic seeing as how I can't buy what I want (credit card + Caitlin = horrible idea.)
But I love fashion and since my body shape is super weird. I'm 5'6" 164lbs(but losing) and I have a "just had a baby" pooch, even though I have not had any children yet. So I look small, except my odd stomach *grr* so I have a hard time finding anything to fit me right (I muffin top with EVERY type of clothing item) So I fufill my clothing lust by putting outfits together on the interwebs.
